WSO is a global voice for stroke professionals, patients and caregivers. Our advocacy goal is to ensure that stroke gets the level of policy attention and investment required to address this world-leading cause of disability and death.
As WSO's flagship publication, IJS publishes high-quality research articles, reviews and clinical trial protocols from around the world. IJS is part of our work to build a global stroke research community.
The World Stroke Academy is a core educational activity of World Stroke Organization and provides high-quality stroke education to healthcare professionals
WSO is committed to providing members with access to educational material and resources, aimed at improving stroke care and reducing the global burden of stroke. These materials are available in various forms icnluding webinars and other online resources, as well as teaching courses.
The Future Stroke Leaders website together with the member log in area went live in February. Participants are currently actively engaging in the programme discussions through member log in area and Slack interface.
Achieving our vision of a life free from stroke is a task that WSO cannot achieve alone. We are committed to building our partnerships at the global, regional and national level to scale up and deliver improvements in prevention, treatment and support to reduce the burden of stroke.
